Job Description
- Responsible for finance & controlling of our state of the art production plant in Valencia
- Strong operational focus on implementing, improving and executing Manufacturing Controlling
- Providing direction regarding manufacturing controlling processes, keeping in mind hourly rates, utilization, absorption and a continuous improvement program tracking
- Act as business partner for local site manager and local management team, overseeing site strategy; including managing CAPEX, OPEX and NWC activities
- Responsible for planning process including monthly Rolling Forecast and annual Budget, including reporting to headquarter
- Coordination with sister companies about finance and operational topics, e.g. Intercompany volumes
Qualifications
- Degree level (Bachelor, Master) in Finance and/or Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Strong controlling profile with international experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in standard costing
- Ability to manage a team in a high performance organization
- Analytical mind-set with strong SAP and MS Excel expertise are key skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish complete your profile
