Mission of the Position:
The Financial Manager (hereinafter referred to as FM) is responsible for ensuring compliance with Magna's financial reporting standards, which are based on US GAAP, as well as Czech accounting standards.
The FM works with other departments to prepare forecasts and budgets. He/she explains deviations between actual financial results and the budget and forecasts.
The FM works closely with and supports his/her supervisor in various tasks leading to business decisions and supports his/her supervisor in ad hoc financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with financial reporting in accordance with Magna standards and Czech accounting standards.
- Prepares forecasts and budgets, explains deviations, and supports his/her supervisor in business decisions.
