Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate the company’s financial management strategy. You will supervise accounting, finance, and procurement departments :
1.Financial & Accounting Management :
Ensure monthly and annual Group reporting in accordance with US GAAP
Communicate financial results to Finance and Operations teams in the US and Europe
Collaborate with Shared Services in Europe
Prepare monthly and annual forecasts (budget), including P&L, and balance sheet for the site
Coordinate and ensure compliance with all tax déclarations.
Analyze and/or calculate inventory valuation and excess/obsolete reserves, Produce monthly activity analysis and KPIs for Site Management : Propose improvement actions based on performance analysis; Supervise customer payment follow-ups in coordination with Shared Services and manage dispute resolution; Monitor cash flow and take actions to optimize it
Ensure year-end closing under French accounting standards
Prepare and coordinate external audits (Statutory Auditors)
2.Procurement Department
Organize the purchasing function in coordination with the European Procurement Director
Validate and manage site commitments (purchase requests and investments)
3.ASAT :
Perform internal control testing (ASAT – FBP & IMEX) and follow up on action plans
