As an Associate Business Manager for Corporate Responsibility’s Global Government Relations (GGR) team, you will provide support to Corporate Responsibility and GGR Senior Leadership across an array of deliverables related to management of budget / expenses, vendors, headcount and various projects / initiatives.
The Finance & Business Management team for Corporate Responsibility is seeking to fill this role with someone who is passionate about leveraging their expertise to ensure financial discipline, deliver business and decision useful analysis, improve processes, build partnerships and act as a trusted advisor.
Job Responsibilities
Support execution of budget planning and forecasting processes; deliver reporting and analysis that includes accurate and well controlled financial results that inform business decisions
Support execution and provide oversight for onboarding, renewal and management of third party vendors / suppliers
Support tracking and management of headcount; deliver reporting and analysis to inform decision-making in everchanging business environment
Drive execution of key projects and implementation of strategic initiatives; support team management through coordination of certain meetings / offsites and priorities tracking; provide support in delivery of department reporting (e.g., KPI’s, business reviews); support implementation of employee strategies (e.g., real estate, people agenda initiatives)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
This position requires a minimum of 3+ of relevant financial services industry experience coupled with experience in a financial planning and analysis or business management-related role.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or related area
Technical Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
