Your expertise in finance and regulatory environments will be key to driving IMC's growth as we continue to scale our crypto operations globally. You will engage closely with stakeholders across research, procurement, mid-office, auditors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks for our entities, ensuring compliance with local GAAP / IFRS standards
- Oversee and prepare financial and management reports for multiple global entities
- Support on month-end processes such as invoice booking, payroll, payments, reconciliations, cost allocations and bookkeeping
- Support preparation and oversee process for financial audit(s) of our entities
- Prepare yearly tax submissions for the relevant geographies
- Support in financial reporting requirements for other external stakeholders (credit ratings agencies)
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and compliance through automation
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; experience at a Big 4 auditing/accounting firm is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP / accounting software (experience with Workday is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and reporting for multiple entities
- Interest in digital assets; prior knowledge is an advantage but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
Location and Office Culture
- IMC office in Zug, Switzerland
- Note that this is a full-time, onsite role, with some but limited flexibility for working from home
