Our client is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to focus solely on case preparation and financial planning processes. This role supports financial advisors by gathering and preparing information for client meetings, analyzing data, and assisting in developing financial strategies. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with 2-3 years of experience in financial services and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data for financial advisor meetings with clients/prospects.
- Prepare and modify financial planning and investment/advisory proposals.
- Recommend fund portfolio options and asset allocation strategies.
- Obtain and input necessary information into planning software, ensuring accuracy across all modules.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to interpret financial data and assist in case preparation.
- Continuously refine financial models and strategies based on client needs and industry updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and investment advisory tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize financial information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in financial planning.
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
