As a Finance Associate, you will support the Finance Department with core financial operations and ensure robust inventory and asset management. The role involves management, reporting, compliance, and detailed oversight of motorcycles, tricycles, spare parts, and operational assets. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong coordination across Finance and Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
A. Inventory & Asset Management
● Maintain accurate records of all motorcycles, tricycles, spare parts, and other operational assets.
● Update inventory system(Odoo) with real-time asset movements, conditions, statuses, lease value and cost prices.
● Ensure all assets are properly documented and registered in the Odoo Accounting System.
● Record and update asset allocations to customers, supporting Operations and Customer Acquisition teams.
● Reconcile system records with physical stock to prevent and resolve discrepancies.
● Conduct scheduled and spot-check asset counts to ensure accuracy.
● Report missing, damaged, or underutilized assets to the Inventory Lead.
● Support the Inventory Lead in preparing asset verification and audit reports.
● Follow company policies and procedures for inventory and asset management.
● Assist in implementing strategies to minimize losses and improve operational efficiency.
● Participate in ad hoc finance projects as assigned by the Finance Lead.
● Provide cross-functional support to ensure smooth finance operations.

- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance or Related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in the use of Google sheets and Accounting software
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong skill in inventory management
