Financial Associate – Wealth Management
Our client, a well-established wealth management advisory firm in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a Financial Associate to support high-end financial planning and investment operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, business-minded professional with strong analytical and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop needs-based financial models and recommend portfolio solutions.
- Prepare proposals, open new client accounts, and manage client information.
- Input and analyze client data using financial planning software.
- Research and resolve client-specific issues, providing clear communication.
- Support the team with financial strategies and non-client projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in a professional office setting, with financial services or planning experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; financial planning coursework is a plus.
- Licensing: Series 6 required; Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred or expected shortly after hire.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and technical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, financial planning tools, or investment platforms is a plus.
Compensation
- $85,000 - $100,000, plus bonus opportunities, based on experience.
