As a Finance Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Head of Finance to ensure the smooth running of financial operations — from budgeting and reporting to reconciliations and exciting projects.
💼Responsibilities:📄Financial Administration- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial documents, reports, and records
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Maintain digital filing systems for financial documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for the finance team
- Enter financial data into spreadsheets, databases, and accounting systems (e.g., Bill.com, QBO)
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks under supervision
- Help prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Assist with payroll processing and management
- Participate in audits and compliance testing
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams
- Take part in ad hoc financial projects as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- At least 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Prior experience in administrative or finance support is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience using ClickUp for task management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
