We are looking for a Finance Assistant to our partner company based in Budapest.
Tasks:
- Processing and verifying invoices with precision,
entering data accurately in the organization’s ERP systems (SAP) to ensure
compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreement.
- Addressing and
resolving discrepancies to maintain high standards of financial accountability and
escalate cases to line manager within agreed timelines if necessary.ű
- Assist offices
and support various GSSC initiatives by reviewing case documentation for
completeness, validity, and compliance with current rules and regulations,
while providing expert guidance and continuously improve quality and efficiency.
- Support line
manager in ad hoc tasks and other periodic reports as required.
Requirements
- Secondary education (high school degree) is a minimum requirement. University
level courses in Accounting and Finance/Business administration is an asset.
- Work experience in Finance and Accounting in a shared service center or at an international
organization is considered desirable, especially in the fields of Accounts
Payable, Master Data, General Accounting, Financial Controlling.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft 365 Products (including
MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) is required.
- Fluency
in English is required.
Skills Required

- Work experience in Finance and Accounting in a shared service center or international organization (Accounts Payable, Master Data, General Accounting, Financial Controlling)
