We are seeking a team player that possesses a strong attention to detail. Looking to fill a Finance & Operations Coordinator -- in this role you’ll be an essential part of the Accounting team. This hybrid role provides support to four-five employees across a variety of job functions, allowing the F&O Coordinator some flex options and the ability to pivot between duties.
Responsibilities
- AP/AR: Processing invoices and payments. Reconciling bank statements
- Payroll Support: Assist with processing and submitting payroll and payroll reports.
- Bookkeeping & Billing: Process vendor invoices, reconcile monthly credit card statements, and support accounts receivable tracking.
- Must be able to work well independently as well as in conjunction with others both inside and outside of the department
Qualifications
- Previous Accounting Experience is required
- Previous Bookkeeping Experience is required
- Previous Banking experience is preferred
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience is required
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience handling administrative tasks plus basic accounting and/or bookkeeping functions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot between different operational priorities.
