We’re looking for a relentless operator to step in as Chief of Staff, a strategic partner to our CEO who thrives on data, execution, and impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, lives in spreadsheets, and knows that good decisions start with great data. You’ll be the engine behind our financial strategy, driving metrics, forecasts, and insights that shape how we scale. If you’ve cut your teeth in investment banking or venture capital, you know how to break down complex problems and get to the signal through the noise. Now, you're ready to take that skill set and apply it to something that actually moves the world forward.
What You’ll Own
- Financial Analysis and Reporting – Own weekly metrics reporting, translate raw data into insights that matter, and ensure our leadership team always has a clear pulse on the business.
- Strategic Decision-Making – Build revenue models, forecasts, and dashboards that drive data-informed choices at every level of the company.
- Project Management and Special Initiatives – Take on high-priority CEO and CTO projects, from fundraising support to operational deep dives—whatever it takes to keep the rocket ship on course.
- Cross-Functional Execution – Partner across teams to align financial strategy with operations, making sure we scale smart, not just fast.
Who You Are
- 1 to 2 years of investment banking or venture capital experience—you’ve built models, analyzed trends, and know how to turn numbers into narratives.
- Master of Excel—financial modeling, data analysis, and breaking down complex scenarios are second nature to you.
- Sharp communicator—whether it's PowerPoint, Figma, or a well-crafted memo, you know how to tell a compelling story with data.
- A builder, not just a thinker—you don’t just analyze problems, you solve them. Fast.
- No job too small mindset—you’ll do whatever it takes to keep the mission moving forward.
