Why City Auto Group

We’re growing — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

City Auto Group is growing fast. Established in 2019, owner Anthony Scala is a first-generation car dealer who believes in building a team of go-getters who have a team mentality while taking serious pride in their individual effort and production.

We’re not looking for someone with the fanciest resume. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, coachability, and desire to win.

The Position

As the Finance & Insurance Manager, your first responsibility is simple: help create a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for our employees and customers.

If we can’t provide that, we have no business being in business.

From there, we expect you to lead from the front. We believe real leadership is demonstrated, not announced. You should be willing to set the standard through your own actions, work ethic, professionalism, and attitude.

And yes — production matters. A lot.

We’re a highly competitive group, and we expect to win. But we believe winning starts with doing things the right way.

That means:

  • Knowing the product inside and out
  • Looking the part and representing the brand professionally
  • Bringing genuine enthusiasm and energy to every customer interaction
  • Creating an F&I experience that feels different from the typical dealership experience
  • Building trust while still knowing how to ask for the business
  • Holding yourself and the team accountable
  • Leading by example every single day

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who is confident without the ego, competitive without being toxic, and motivated without needing to be babysat.

You should be:

  • Experienced in automotive F&I
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-production environment
  • Extremely knowledgeable about finance, products, and the automotive industry
  • Coachable and willing to continuously improve
  • Someone who takes pride in their appearance and professionalism
  • A team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand-in-hand
  • Hungry to win — while doing it the right way

We are not your typical car dealership.

We believe great people, a great culture, and great results go together.

We offer:

  • Industry-leading compensation
  • Flex work week
  • 2 weeks paid vacation
  • Health benefits
  • 401(k) match
  • A rapidly growing company with opportunity to advance
  • Candidly, an awesome place to work

If you're an F&I professional who knows how to lead, produce, and create an experience customers actually appreciate, let's talk.

Equal Opportunity Employer

City Auto Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance & Insurance Manager, F&I Manager, Finance Producer, Desk Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager
  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, auto lending, deal structuring, finance contracts, compliance, and deal funding
  • Experience presenting and selling F&I products (vehicle service contracts, GAP, extended warranties, maintenance plans, ancillary products)
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar dealership software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Valid driver's license
