As a Finance and Business Management Analyst in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our finance and business management functions. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams, gaining exposure to financial analysis, business management, control management, and program management. Job responsibilities
- Partner with senior managers and team leads, analyzing results and offering insights across performance, strategy, control issues, and operating models
- Collaborate with different finance and business managers to support evolving business needs
- Ensure the integrity of financial records and reporting
- Manage and track business objectives to drive results
- Maintain and enhance the control environment
- Provide guidance on financial resource management
- Support program management initiatives within the department
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple functions
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a commitment to professional development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in professional accounting firms or the financial services industry
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Intellectual curiosity about finance and business management

- Progress toward or completion of a professional certification such as CPA or CFA
