Interrelations
- The position directly reports to the General Manager – Thailand and functional to Regional Finance Director

- In line with Chart of Authority WPS Asia Pacific
Main responsibilities
- Supervise and coach finance team to perform account and finance functions in good manner.
- Deliver Month-end account closing as per WPS Procedure / Requirement in timely
- Prepare P&L Monthly Financial Report with commentary to WPS, JV partner, Local Management
- Review monthly tax report & filing for withholding tax, value added tax
- Ensure operating cash is sufficient.
- Liaise with Regional Cash Management team for banking facilities (including bank guarantee)
- Liaise with Regional Credit team to monitor and follow up collection for long outstanding account receivables.
- Prepare tax calculation (corporate income tax) and submit CIT returns
- Liaise with auditor for annual audited statutory report.
- Perform all corporate matters e.g. Targeting, budget, annual audited statutory account, changing director, assisting in the board meetings
- Prepare minutes of BOD, AGM, EGM and other reports as per WPS requirement.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Other tasks as requested e.g. analysed data
- Uphold and ensure confidentiality of company information

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance, Audit and CPD or CPA qualification
- Work Experience: up to 10 years of finance experience
- Management experience: 5 years minimum
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both written, oral and the ability to work with a multi-national team
- Proactive, positive attitude towards work, detail-oriented and a good team player with leadership qualities
- Good computer knowledge
- Hardworking, honest, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Audit
- CPD or CPA qualification
- Up to 10 years of finance experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai
- Ability to work effectively with a multinational team
- Good computer knowledge
- Leadership qualities and ability to coach a finance team
- Proactive, positive, detail-oriented, hardworking, honest, and self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
