Key Responsibilities
- Assist with capital project tracking, capitalization support, and RFD documentation (non‑union, analytical support only)
- Support month‑end close through reconciliations, journal entry support packages, and variance analysis
- Assist in updating business process narratives and internal control documentation
- Support revenue, pricing, and margin analysis, including audit and exception review
- Develop and maintain Finance & Accounting SharePoint documentation and knowledge libraries
- Prepare analytical dashboards and KPI reporting, with a primary focus on Sales analysis
- Assist with the annual business plan and monthly forecasting process
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned

Preferred QualificationsEDUCATION
Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis
- Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools through coursework is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Approximately 90% of the job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions. 10% of the job function is required in the plant. There is exposure to operating machinery and a manufacturing environment.
This position has been determined to be a safety-sensitive position and requires a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen that includes marijuana.
