Finance and Accounting Intern

We are looking for self-driven curious and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern who is eager to learn practical knowledge. This role provides exposure to core finance operations including reconciliations, transaction processing, document management, and continuous process improvements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support transaction processing, including AP/AR entries, invoice verification, and expense claims.
• Maintain document management: filing, indexing, and retrieval of financial records in line with policy.
• Help prepare basic reports, schedules, and supporting documents for month-end activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve queries.
• Support compliance with financial controls, policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform ad hoc tasks or assignments as needed to support the Finance team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is an added advantage.
• Positive mindset, proactive, keen to learn and a strong team player.
