The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, ensuring revenue retention, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role involves customer engagement and detailed financial reporting to drive operational success.
What you’ll do
Financial Data Analysis:
- Analyzing and monitoring financial data, such as revenue trends, profit margins, and cost structures, to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Insights:
- Developing comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to communicate revenue performance and actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
Compliance & Accuracy:
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records across reporting systems.
- Utilizing data analytics tools to extract, process, and analyze data effectively.
- Tracking and reporting on key revenue metrics to provide insights aimed at enhancing financial performance.
- Delivering accurate and timely revenue reporting to support strategic planning and operational excellence.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to define issues, evaluate alternatives, and provide solutions based on data insights.
- Understanding of financial systems and cost structures to enhance profitability.
- Clear communication skills for presenting findings, collaborating with teams, and working with customers.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, drive projects, and lead initiatives that impact financial outcomes.
Education and/or Experience:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA an advantage; Graduate of any 4 year course related to Finance.
- At least 1 year experience in General Accounting is an advantage
Technical Requirements:
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
- Knowledgeable in data visualization and analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
