WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and ethical
Finance Administrator / Junior Accountant
to join our growing team. Working closely with our Financial Accountant and Finance Managers, you’ll support critical financial functions to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of our financial systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and interpreting financial data
- Processing receipts, invoices, payments, and standard bookkeeping tasks
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Reconciling accounts and preparing ledger entries
- Conducting bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Preparing provision schedules and assisting with supplier payments
- Assisting with monthly close-off and audits
- Supporting collections and performing credit checks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Maintaining a well-organised filing and administrative system
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or similar
✅ 2+ years’ experience in a similar finance role
✅ Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred)
✅ Experience with banking platforms (Standard Bank BOL preferred)
✅ Excellent understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation principles
✅ Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
✅ High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and a solutions mindset
✅ Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines
