FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR (GIFT AID)

£21,000 – 23,000

Reports to: Gift Aid Processing & Operations Manager

Department: Chief Operating Office

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (We're open to a variety of ways of working,and will consider flexible working requests)

Location: Oxford, Sterling House. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

We’re looking for an administrator to work in our Gift Aid department, with our team in Oxford. You’ll use your acute attention to detail, love of processes and top notch excel skills, to support the team with capturing and preparing data, running reports, and managing inboxes. Your role will be making a huge difference in the income we can claim for the charity and ultimately reaching our goal of beating cancer.

In this role you can expect to be making an impact every day by:

  • supporting with the day-to-day requirements of Gift Aid claim administration, generating reports and manipulating data

  • Ensuring accurate and up to date documentation and support materials are in place for Gift Aid across teams.

  • Supporting with document management of Gift Aid declarations across CRUK

  • serving as day-to-day point of contact on behalf of the Gift Aid team, monitoring and responding where necessary to Gift Aid inbox

What skills are you looking for?

  • IT Literate (including Excel)

  • Accurate and efficient data entry with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to follow set processes and procedures, meet deadlines,nd effectively manage expectations. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and set KPIs
