Important for your start: As our finance and operations run across three countries, we're looking for someone who is reliable, structured and confident working independently. Strong English is essential; German is a plus.
Aufgaben
Lekker Code South Africa
* Prepare invoices to Lekker Code Germany
* File and organise invoices in our Google Drive (e.g. Google, Vodacom folders)
* Follow up on open administrative matters
Lekker Code Germany
* Follow up on freelancer timesheets
* Prepare client invoices
* Support internal team with invoice-related questions
Lekker Code Spain
* Process bank statements in Google Sheets and pay bills across all bank accounts
* Orchestrate our accountants in Spain, Germany and South Africa (gathering and providing the right documents)
* Handle payroll processing for employees
* Track upcoming deadlines and due dates, and send timely reminders
* Manageinter-company invoicing between Lekker Spain and Lekker Germany
Qualifikation
Foundation:
* Solid experience in bookkeeping, finance administration or accounts payable/receivable
* Highly organised, detail oriented and deadline driven - you don't let things slip
Tools & Skills:
* Confident with Google Sheets and Google Drive
* Comfortable handling bank statements, invoices and payroll data accurately
* Fluent English (written & spoken); German is a clear plus
Mindset:
* Self managed and dependable in a fully remote, cross time zone setup
* Experience supporting multiple entities or international finance ops is an advantage
