Finance Accounting Tax Manager

The Opportunity:

Team Liquid is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee finance, accounting, and tax operations across our Southeast Asia business.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial planning. The position also establishes internal financial controls, maintains financial standard operating procedures (SOPs),manages departmental budget tracking across Southeast Asia, and manages two direct reports.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee finance, accounting, and tax operations across Southeast Asia.

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.

• Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial planning activities.

• Manage the departmental budget tracker across all SEA departments.

• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and financial standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Manager role.

• Experience managing end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.

• Experience managing tax compliance and reporting.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial planning.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Excellent workload and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
