MissionThe IBP Manager is responsible for the tactical demand management of markets according to SLAs, country ambition, and corporate strategy.
Key Expected Achievments- Demand Management: Lead data-driven demand management to balance market stocks with sales trends and supply availability.
- Coordinate Demand Planning: Translate country business priorities into risk-adjusted supply requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor supply chain performance (forecast accuracy, stock level & quality, supply service) and detect risks or opportunities using data.
- Stock Optimization: Drive optimal stock profiling across country warehouses and networks in alignment with supply availability and brand policy.
- S&OP Leadership: Trigger and facilitate the data-backed Country S&OP process. This includes:
- Challenges business assumptions (supply, demand, inventory) which feeds the process, based on the relevant data analysis.
- Guarantees decision making.
- Defines, recommends and aligns stakeholders on new plans (demand, supply, inventory).
- Provides validated demand & supply plan.
- Provides validated inventory plan (including prebuild volumes).
- Identifies opportunities and risks through analysis of demand trends, supply proposals and inventory projections.
- Proposes arbitration and what-if scenarios with related facts and analysis against corporate priorities.
- Provides operational advice and guidance to teams and their staffs in the different S&OP process steps and ensure their accountability.
- Conducts post-mortems and lessons learned when relevant.
- Maintains S&OP process maturity and progress plan.
- Defining Action Plans: Define plans to accomplish S&OP decisions.
- Communicating & Supporting Operations: Guarantee communication to operations and the tactical/operational link.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare and report on market supply chain KPIs.
- Liaison: Act as a link with EBS departments (Analytics, BI, Master Data) for troubleshooting and improvement and country.
- Team Functional Management: Plan, organize, lead, and control demand planners to enhance operational efficiency and technical skills.
- Experience: 10 years in supply chain planning with international exposure; minimum 5 years in S&OP/IBP.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); French is appreciated.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods, and IS/IT tools.
- Personal Skills: Transversal leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to to work in a fast-paced matrix organization.
