The Role
As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you'll take on a critical role of monitoring, controlling, and maintaining cutting-edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. You’ll be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges – ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible.
In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our customers, offering insights into best practices and resource utilization. You’ll be vital in maintaining our infrastructure through monitoring and validating events and or alerts, executing preventative tasks and escalating potential outages or abnormal situations, applying a proactive approach to challenges.
As a Unified Systems Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and specialists on projects and interact directly with customers to understand their needs – facilitating cohesive and successful partnerships.

7+ Years of experience in File Transfer tools, Connect Direct, Connect Express, Connect Center, SFG - Sterling FileGateway, SFG lite, SSP and B2B

Experience in practicing the relevant skills. Deep know-how in the related technologies. Able to create complex solutions/designs and other concepts, anticipating complex future scenarios and problems.
