Figma Graphic Design (Freelance)

Ayobody is a fast-growing digital nutrition and wellness company dedicated to helping people worldwide live healthier lives. 

The Company seeks a Figma-first graphic designer to create production-ready visuals for member program materials and social media. You will translate evidence-informed health concepts into clear, attractive worksheets, handbooks, checklists, carousels, and static social graphics. Work is project-based, remote, and highly collaborative with senior leadership.

1. Program materials

• Design and iterate worksheets, handbooks, checklists, and slide handouts for member programs in Figma.

• Build and maintain a Figma component library (tokens, type scales, grids, color styles) for consistent output.

• Prepare export-ready files (print/PDF + mobile-friendly) with accessibility in mind (contrast, legibility).

• Keep impeccable file hygiene: naming, versioning, and handoff notes.

1. Social media graphics (static)

• Create on-brand carousels, infographics, quote cards, covers, and thumbnails for Instagram.

• Develop reusable templates for series (tips, challenges, testimonials, announcements).

• Export platform-correct sizes (e.g., 1080×1080, 1080×1350, 1920×1080) and optimize for clarity and compression.

• Quality-check for hierarchy, color accuracy, and readability on mobile.

1. Optional: Web/UI design (Figma & Framer)

• Translate brand system into web sections/components in Figma.

• Prepare assets and succinct handoff notes for Framer; assist with light visual tweaks.

1. Brand system & asset library

• Evolve the design system over time (components, icons, illustrations).

• Maintain a shared library of approved visuals for rapid reuse.

• Proven Experience

  • 2+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of past work

  • Advanced Figma (auto-layout, components, variables/tokens, responsive frames).

  • Strong typography, spacing, layout, and information hierarchy.

  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear visual narratives.

  • Excellent file organization and handoff discipline; clear written communication in English.

• Self-Starter & “Do-It-Yourself” Attitude

  • Able to juggle multiple deliverables—content creation, video editing, data tracking, community engagement—without losing momentum.

  • Curious about health, wellness, and longevity; you proactively suggest new content angles or partnership ideas to grow the brand.

  • Disciplined about tracking your hours and submitting a weekly timesheet so leadership understands your contributions and bandwidth.
