Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency, and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.

As Field Supervisor, you will be part of a team carrying out Process & Pipeline work scopes on our clients' sites on and offshore.
 

As Field Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Preparing quality plans and safety plans.
• Communicating closely with customers and management.
• Providing technical assistance to sales and tendering departments.
• Adopting a successful safety culture as well as a continuous quality improvement approach to the performance of PPS Services.
• Handling special projects as assigned.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Technical education (LTS/MTS).
• Have significant experience in the PPS industry.
• Be fluent in English and ideally Dutch and / or German.
• Be a good communicator - written and verbal.
• Have good problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in the use of computer based programs.
