Partner with the best

As the Lead Sales specialist you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities for the Plug and Perforation product line across all the industry. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.

As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region and leading a department with large estimated orders
  • Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions ensuring room for negotiating and client specific conditions
  • Being responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Developing regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers
  • Support the International Expansion of Perforating Products
  • Supporting Field Trials in selective cases in the field 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales) unless extensive experience in the Perforating Field
  • Have a minimum of 3 years in sales and/or sales support
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge of Perforating products (WCP and TCP) and applicable field experience
  • In-depth knowledge of, and experience with, North American customers and their buying drivers. Existing relationships to leverage on would be an advantage.
  • Have compelling written and oral communication skills
