The Position
As a Field Sales Manager, you will build district sales capability and manage a sales team to reach and exceed sales targets in a defined geographical district. In addition, you will ensure district sales performance and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets within the national sales strategy.
Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Initiating and preparing the sales plan and cooperating in the preparation of the marketing plans
  • Ensuring registration of customer contacts of direct reports (and own), registering dual visit reports/coaching report
  • Managing, developing, and motivating team members, utilizing the Novo Nordisk Way of Coaching
  • Participating and contributing effectively to accompanied working, regional meetings, national conferences, and other Novo Nordisk meetings
  • Working according to Business Ethics procedures and local law, as well as Novo Nordisk policies and guidelines


Qualifications
As a Field Sales Manager, you need to have a minimum of 5 years of sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry with an excellent track record of sales results. Moreover, you have proven stakeholder management experience with customers and prescribers in diabetes therapy.
To be successful in this role:

  • 3 years of sales management experience in a similar market is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the diabetes market and the ability to map diabetes stakeholders
  • High level of energy and a can-do approach
  • Learning capacity to acquire and develop new skills

As a Field Sales Manager in West Bulgaria, you will join a dynamic team of medical representatives dedicated to promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions.
