While many current positions have the option of working remotely, our offices are available for all employees to work from on a voluntary basis. We have beautiful offices in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Boston, MA to accommodate employees in a hybrid or full-office setting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
C+C is expanding to Puerto Rico, and we are looking for a strong team to help us establish and grow this energy efficiency work.
C+C is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing professional to join the C+C Field Services Team in support of LUMA Energy’s midstream energy efficiency incentive program throughout Puerto Rico. The residential program consists of lighting, space heating, water heating, and kitchen appliance measures. To qualify for this position, you will need to demonstrate an account management approach to partner engagement and knowledge of the retail sales channel(s).
The field representative will receive extensive on-the-job training on energy efficient products, LUMA Energy’s energy efficiency programs, and customer relations practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling and conducting in-person field visits to participating retail branches.
- Serve as an extension of our utility partners in retail locations.
- Ensure correct pricing of discounted products.
- Oversee compliance of promotional signage and product placement in participating retail branches.
- Deliver formal and informal training to retail staff, both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure retail staff are properly educated about LUMA Energy’s programs, services, and promotional products so information can accurately be relayed to customers.
- Work with retail partners to maximize promotion and sales of LUMA Energy’s discounted products.
- Plan and conduct in-person promotional events at participating retail branches or community events.
- Regularly report store visits, trainings, and outreach events results to C+C management.
- Maintain, enhance and document LUMA Energy’s relationship with all program participants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to learn new information quickly.
- Strong customer service and account management skills.
- Developing virtual training skills to include creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations, managing invitations through outlook and leading zoom webinars.
- Comfort presenting professionally in front of live and virtual audiences.
- Ability to perform outreach to leads, both warm and cold.
- Ability to communicate technical information to different audiences.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in customer relations, sales, or similar roles.
- Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Asana, and Salesforce.
- Reliable owned or leased transportation with a clean driving record.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Residence within the region for which job is posted.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desired.
