As a Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
Collaborating with sales teams and customers for your assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio so we harvest contracts and collect appropriately.
Conducting sales, developing sales relationships with customers, and generating sales-related forecasts.
Collecting field samples to follow up on customer inquiries and concerns.
Writing recommendations and submitting quotes to customers.
Developing your team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
Directing service delivery teams and operations support for flawless execution.
Providing monitoring of treatment programs and systems.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
High-school diploma/GED
Have 2 years of experience in technical and/or sales roles in the oil and gas industry.
Be able to work in the Central and Southern Michigan areas.
Be knowledgeable about water treatment systems or petrochemical unit processes.
Have a solid understanding of emulsification, corrosion control, fouling control, and water treatment.
Have the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve complex and interesting problems.
Have the ability to perform basic field and lab service and communicate performance vs KPI's.
