The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our Field Operations & Growth Manager in expanding Cometeer's presence nationwide. This role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing supply chain logistics, and facilitating the opening of new locations across the country. The ideal candidate will have experience with facilities operations, be willing to travel extensively, and ensure that each new and existing location operates seamlessly.
What you will do:
- Vendor Relations:
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality materials and services. - Inventory Management:
Support the management of supply chain activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to meet operational demands. - Facilities Management:
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to oversee the setup, maintenance, and improvement of physical facilities at new and existing locations.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure locations are operationally sound and meet company standards. - New Location Setup:
Collaborate in the planning and execution of opening new locations, ensuring all operational aspects are addressed, from site preparation to staff onboarding. - On-Site Support:
Provide hands-on assistance at new and existing locations to ensure operational readiness, including transporting products and equipment as needed. - Operational Compliance:
Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a consistent standard of excellence.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in operations, supply chain management, or facilities management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to support new location openings and existing operations.
- Experience in facilities setup, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport products and equipment as needed.
- Ability to lift 50+
