  • HubSpot Integration: Work with content marketers to push event campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Social Media Coordination:  Engage partners/audiences on social media with direction from marketing management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise confidently with external stakeholders, vendors, and event organizers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.

  • Travel Requirements: Most events will be remote, but this role requires travel for major trade shows once a quarter for at least a week.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis of event performance, sponsorship ROI, and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event coordination and field marketing, with a focus on third-party events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and ABM tools (6Sense, DemandBase) is strongly preferred.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, or Notion.
