Field Marketing Manager

This is an ideal position for an experienced Field Marketing Manager, where you'll develop and execute localized marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and generate leads to boost sales growth. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies in alignment with company goals, including field marketing plans, prospecting, and customer engagement. 
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage diverse marketing campaigns (events, ABM, mail, socials) across multiple channels and analyze campaign performance, using metrics and KPIs to optimize future efforts. 
• Research and Collaboration: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, monitor competition, while collaborating with sales, marketing & customer success and other teams to drive initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles, preferably within the B2B tech space, or enterprise software marketing. 
• Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales, and understanding of the business. 
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, CMS). 
• Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously. 
• Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
