Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts in designated geographic regions. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and sales targets.
- Identify target markets and key customer segments within assigned regions to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute a variety of marketing activities and events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and sponsorships, to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop marketing materials and programs that support their efforts, such as sales collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand reputation and drive engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA
- 3 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably in

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics)
