We are looking for an experienced field marketing manager to join the Demand Generation team to partner with our sales team in generating and accelerating pipeline while increasing brand awareness and strengthening customer relationships.. This role works closely with sales, sales development, partner marketing, corporate events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas through a number of field marketing channels.
This position will report to the Director of Field Marketing, Americas
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual)
- Develop internal playbooks and best practices for industry events, both first party and third party
- Build and manage an annual calendar and system for core information (e.g., event brief, dates, location, goals, speakers) for all events
- Create content, landing pages, follow up nurtures and sales enablement for all webinars, roundtable, and custom experiences
- Work closely with Sales, Growth, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Partner and Product Marketing to ensure stakeholder buy-in as well as visibility and timely follow ups
- Work closely with operations for lead management
- Maintain, report and forecast budget spend and efficacy of the spend against event results
What will you need to have?
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B software field marketing
- Proven ability to work closely and successfully partner with a sales organization
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics
- Experience partnering closely with internal creative teams and/or agency partners
- Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation
- Ability to establish credibility upwards and cross functionally to drive collaboration, alignment and decision making
- Experience with managing budgets, multiple vendor contracts, and relationships
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport, set expectations, and drive to success
- Working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Asana

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $94,064 – $110,744 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
