We are looking for a Field Marketing Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in executing marketing initiatives and ensuring the success of events, campaigns, and other marketing strategies. We're seeking an organized, communicative, and proactive person willing to adapt content, manage logistics, and collect valuable insights to improve marketing performance, contributing to the growth of the entire Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the senior field marketing specialist's overall strategy and objectives;
- Helping organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, collateral preparation, and follow-up tasks;
- Adapting content in marketing materials to meet the needs of regional audiences while maintaining the brand tone;
- Maintaining databases, updated marketing calendars, and routine reports to track campaign progress;
- Liaising with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects;
- Collecting and organizing campaign performance and customer engagement data, providing insights to improve future initiatives;
- Supporting the use and maintenance of marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM and email marketing software (Hubspot).
Indispensable Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Advanced English;
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Spreadsheets, Google Presentations);
- Previous experience in marketing, including supporting campaigns, events, or similar initiatives. This can include internships, volunteer work, or personal projects;
- Residency in São Paulo, Brazil, for proximity to key stakeholders and events.
Additional Qualifications
- Spanish fluency;
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot or similar is a plus.
- Home office assistance: an allowance of R$ 2,000.00 in the first month to buy all the items for your home office. Axur will send only the laptop (which must be returned to the company in case of departure);
