Your role: As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything works smoothly, and engineering designs are being followed. You will be supervising the construction teams as well as carrying out area surveys to ascertain whether any obstructions will prevent a successful installation.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Direct technical crews on site;
  • Manage project costs, supplies and logistics;
  • Perform surveys on subscribers’ properties (houses, business units etc.);
  • Meet with subscribers to resolve any issues and conduction of quality checks;
  • Produce accurate documentation for the installation of connection points;
  • Update the company’s platform, reporting about the progress;
  • Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines;
  • Cooperate and communicate with the rest of the team for updates and adjustments.

To be a fit you will need:

  • Background in Engineering or another technical field;
  • Proven experience in FTTH/construction projects;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Driver’s License B’;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Good command of the English language, oral and written;
  • Flexibility to work in different locations;
  • Good communication and time management skills;
  • Ability to reach everyday targets.
  • Ideally you also have:
  • Previous working experience in telecommunications or another related technical field.
