Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment

• Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc.

• Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)

• Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments

• Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification

• customer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Qualified to Degree level or equivalent. Major in Biology, Bio-chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or related. 専修学校、工業高等専門学校、大学、大学院 ・専攻：理科（生物学、機械工学、化学等）

• Technical analytical skills

• Fresh graduate 5 years work experience．

• Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities

• Sought by others for guidance and advice

• English conversational level. 英語力（読み・書き）

• Desired Characteristics : Ability to learn fast and work independently with minimum direction, High work standards and quality , Self-motivated to solve problem 問題解決能力, Plans and organizes work effectively, Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills , Strong Customer skills　カスタマーサービス; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs
