About the role:
You should be a proactive, partner-focused professional with a strong interest in consumer cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, and technology innovation driven by OEM partners.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM partners, addressing both technical and business needs to drive mutual growth.
You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to manage project requirements, deployment timelines, and ensure smooth product integration.
You should be quick to understand partner environments and provide tailored recommendations to minimize technical complexities. You will work closely with McAfee Engineering to troubleshoot issues, define and execute test plans, and uphold the highest product quality standards.
Reporting to the Global Leader of OEM Channel Product Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping McAfee’s consumer business by directly contributing to strategic OEM partnerships and safeguarding consumers in an increasingly complex digital world.
About You:
You should have 5+ years of partner-facing experience and can build strong relationships across all levels, from executives to individual contributors.
You should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
You should bring hands-on experience in software development and quality assurance, especially on Windows platforms, and understand development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
You should be proficient with tools like Windbg, ADK, and Fiddler, and have strong problem-solving skills paired with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
You should comfortable working independently, adept with Microsoft Office tools, and experienced in multi-lingual, cross-cultural environments—experience with McAfee products and global strategic partners is a plus.
