The Consulting Manager role:
Commercial responsibility:
- Control and manage consulting projects - In Time / In Budget
- Ensuring capacity utilization in the team through appropriate acquisition, coordination, and planning
- Planning and controlling the budget of his team and the projects
- Responsibility for budgeting, timing, and success of the projects

- Responsibility for the utilization of the team (100%)
- Support other customers in their area of responsibility
- Organization, preparation, and presentation of "quarterly talks" with the customer
- Organization for presenting SNP's development and sales activities to the customer
- Acquisition of new customers
- Control and manage all consulting projects
- Responsibility for the quality, budget and time of the projects (in-time / in budget)
- Coordination and coordination of the projects with the responsible persons on the customer side
- Creation and presentation of project and status reports to the customer
- Project management and consulting primarily in the form of strategic and management consulting withing the finance area
- Creation of specialist concepts with cost estimates for a possible offer to customers
- Consulting and customizing of the customers in the classic SAP® modules FI / FI-AA / CO
- Consulting and Customizing of the SNP Administration in the classic SAP® modules
- Development of selective migration concepts including transformation components
- Implementation of specialist concepts in the SAP (ECC and S4) environments.
- Implementation of SNP administration requirements
- This position will require extensive hands-on experience in an Enterprise-wide SAP system (S/4HANA preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of working in a SLT organization, either withing SAP or a SNP competitor.
- Minimum 5 full-cycle ERP transformation projects
- Must have extensive hands-on experience in project methodologies & implementation.
- Must have cross functional experience in SAP ERP specifically in process and discrete manufacturing industries, including integration with Sales Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Must have experience in managing 3rd-party consultants across multiple sites & countries on an operational level.
- Must have extensive hands-on experience in project methodologies & implementation.
- Must be willing and capable of learning new skills, technology and knowledge related to job functions.
- This position requires prior experience in operating in complex global IT organizational structures.
- Participated in multiple multinational/multicultural SAP projects in various industries and have fulfilled different roles through years of experience with hands-on definition/mapping (including country specifics), systems configuration, data migration, organizational change management, project methodology compliance, integration work plan development, team/project leadership and formation.
- Prior team building and management experience highly desirable.
- Business proficient and fluent in German and English, is preferred.

Skills Required
