About the Position
The Fellowships Advisor manages the design, launch and delivery of fellowship programs of the Internet Society, and also handles the relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design fellowship programs.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the programs.
- Develop program plans and schedules.
- Coordinate the fellow selection processes.
- Manage program stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate arrangements.
- Develop and implement the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning strategy and framework of the programs.
- Manage the participants of the programs.
- Look fir efficiencies cross-programs.
- Build close relationships with fellows and supports them
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience on an Internet-related field (non-profit experience a plus).
- Experience managing the delivery of programs from start to finish.
- Previous experience identifying and developing impact stories for marketing and
- Demonstrated experience working with teams in a multicultural environment spread across the globe.
- Proven experience in quickly gaining trust among a broad variety of individuals and building enduring relationships across a vibrant global community
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English a must; any additional language a bonus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Presenting Capability: Able to convey concepts and create content or presentations in a clear and concise manner, with minimal guidance.
- Program management: Able to successfully lead programs concurrently.
- Relationship Building: Builds strong working relationships with others to achieve goals.
- Collaboration: Demonstrates ability to initiate and facilitate collaboration with others at all levels of the organization as well as with vendors and/or external stakeholders.
- Innovation: Applies creative solutions for predictable circumstances. Continually assesses efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
- Adaptability: Readily adapts new/alternative work methods to accomplish goals. Helps others to view change positively

Compensation and benefits for this position will be paid in local currency and based on the country and geographic location’s local salary and benefits market data for the position. Exact pay will be based on factors including but not limited to relevant qualifications, experience, geographic location, education, business and organizational needs.
