- Perform O&M and optimization of core network technologies, including SBC, TAS, CFX, and Cloud.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the IMS Network team, especially for SBC-related call issues, and work with the Hub location for TAS/CFX analysis.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and trace interfaces using Wireshark or internal system logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Handle customer complaints, capture and analyze Wireshark traces, and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of the Core IMS Network, including router and NT HLR management.
- Stay updated with 4G VOLTE and LTE network technologies, understanding call flows and protocols.
- Coordinate with various teams, including Planning, Customer Care, and Solutions, to ensure seamless operations.
- Escalate and manage emergency situations effectively, following established protocols.
- Maintain a strong understanding of interfaces and protocols such as SIP, DIAMETER, DNS, ISUP, MAP, and INAP.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree with 6-10yrs of experience in SBC, TAS, CFX, Router, and NT HLR.
- Strong knowledge of IMS Networks and SBC technologies, including troubleshooting call-related issues.
- Proficiency in Wireshark for trace capture and protocol analysis.
- Experience in 4G VoLTE and LTE network technologies, including call flows and signaling protocols.
- Relevant telecom/networking certifications or a degree in Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field.
