We’re looking for a production coordinator who can help us scale our operations without compromising quality. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and understands the importance of both creativity and precision in the production process.
Job Description
Identify and onboard new sewing partners
Assist partners through onboarding: send samples, provide feedback, and ensure they meet brand quality standards
Coordinate closely with the team to assign designs and track progress
Bonus: Ability to create patterns is a plus. If not, manage pattern makers as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Strong project management or team leadership skills
Background in fashion design or production is preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
