Job Description- Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womens- and menswear collections
- Design and develop seasonal concepts, including silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes
- Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets
- Support fittings, prototype development, and technical execution to ensure fit and quality
- Conduct ongoing trend research and market analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, buying, and other teams to ensure brand alignment
- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a modern high-street or commercial brand
- Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, fits, and product development processes
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong trend awareness, creativity, and commercial mindset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work within seasonal collection timelines
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
