Job Summary: Join Anduril as a Building Facilities Engineer, where your expertise in industrial construction and maintenance trades will ensure the seamless operation of our dynamic office and industrial spaces. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on work across a variety of disciplines, from carpentry and plumbing to electrical installations. You'll be pivotal in maintaining our building systems, adeptly troubleshooting issues, and meticulously documenting processes. What you’ll do:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Act swiftly to address facility-related issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Oversee repair work and renovations, enhancing facility efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with contractors to coordinate maintenance work and uphold schedules.
- Design and carry out preventative maintenance programs to prolong the life of building systems.
- Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all.
- Track and manage energy consumption, advocating for and implementing eco-friendly practices.
Who you are:
- Possess a proven track record in facilities management or engineering roles.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and effectively time-manage tasks.
- Your communication skills are strong both verbally and written.
- Proficiency with office management systems and software (e.g., MS Office, Atlassian products, Coupa, etc.).
- You’re an independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
- You have a strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
US Salary Range
$90,000—$135,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
