Position
The Facilities Coordinator will work alongside the facilities team. Duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, ensuring phone calls are properly transferred, greeting guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. Ordering and stocking all office supplies, assisting with various administrative duties. Monitoring security cameras. Managing badges. Receive, review and assign work order tickets.
About You
A professional with outstanding communication skills. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of a fast paste environment.
What You’ll Do
- Office manager
- Screen calls and forward as appropriate
- Act as first point of contact for in-person visitors
- Assure office supplies in building are available
- Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative support
- Work Order Management System
- Receiving and dispatching work orders to appropriate functions
- Track work Order completion
- Create work orders as appropriate
- Security
- Monitor security Cameras
- Manage Badging system
- Other facilities coverage as required
- Onsite Work in Millbrae Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is nice to have.
- Courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness when interacting with colleagues and visitors
- The ability to speak and write clearly with colleagues and visitors
- The ability to work effectively in a team while completing tasks with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and practical experience in a similar position
- The ability to find solutions to challenges by staying calm and using analytical skills

The expected salary range for this role is $25/hour to $27.41/hour depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
