Introduction:

DuPont is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Lead to assume a lead role and oversee our operations department at DSCI – Hyderabad Site. This role will report to Site FS&RE Leader.

DuPont is a technology leader, serving the semiconductor, circuit board, industrial, display, digital and flexographic printing, healthcare, aerospace, industrial and transportation industries.

As the Facilities Operations and Workplace Services Lead, this position will lead soft services and M&E teams, ensure service efficiency, and maintain strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, be able to resolve operational challenges, and drive cost efficiency initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Delivery of efficient facilities operations and on-site workplace services to support the organization.
• Manage soft services and mechanical & electrical teams to ensure services to meet facilities SLAs.
• Maintain effective stakeholder engagement - Support Groups, Business Admins, Employees, etc and resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Internal (Manpower, Supplies, etc) & external vendors (Landlord, Maintenance, SEZ, etc), and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee vendor management, including SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and fostering strong relationships.
• Assist in budget (Capex & Opex) planning, expense reconciliation, and reporting to ensure financial oversight. Implement safety processes and controls in the office, working closely with the Safety & EHS team.
• Coordinate with SEZ and statutory compliance agencies to ensure 100% adherence.
• Liaison with Landlord & vendors over operational issues and ensure on time payment of utility bills.
• Manage business space allocation, foot fall analysis, and engage with businesses to optimize efficiency.
• Develop 52-week calendar and execute preventive maintenance and annual shutdown programs, including work permit management.
• Focus on Value Engineering during Planning and execute Site Repairs & Maintenance projects.
• Assist in the Procurement / sourcing teams and renewal of contracts, AMCs, and setting SLAs/KPIs.
• Support internal and external audits, review findings, and work on closure of actions.
• Review and update facilities business continuity and crisis management plans as needed.
• Support site safety and crisis programs (Fire Drill, ERT Trainings, etc.)
• Conduct Facilities Workplace Services New joiner’s Induction and refresher programs.
• Conduct assets audits, Submission of reports and closure of FARM Submissions.
• Explore automation solutions for facilities services, business case submission and execute.
• Organize Business or employee outreach programs and resolve workplace-related issues.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, including 5S and 4R's programs, to meet organizational goals.
• Investigate facilities-related incidents and address gaps identified through RCA - Root Cause Analysis.
• Explore cost-efficiency options, conduct impact studies, and execute implementation plans.
• Benchmark industry practices, review policies, and recommend amendments for implementation.
• Support the organization's events, stakeholder outings, and new program initiatives.
• Focus and sustain Site Injury Free Operations GOAL through trainings for vendor staff and team.
• Knowledge in transport operations and support during crisis.

Desired Candidate Qualification:

• Experience : 10-14 Years in Facilities (Minimum 6 Years in team handling role)
• Industry Experience: BPO/IT&ITES
• Qualification : Graduate or BE/BTech or MBA
• Work location : Gachibowli office, Hyderabad
