Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in Heppenheim einen Fachinformatiker für die Betreuung der lokalen IT-/AT-Infrastruktur (d/w/m) in Vollzeit mit unbefristetem Vertrag.

Die Rolle

Als Fachinformatiker*in lokale IT-/AT Infrastruktur stellst du die optimale Verfügbarkeit der Infrastruktur zur Verfügung. Am Standort Heppenheim führst du Wartungen an der Hardware, Betriebssystemen und Software Applikationen durch und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Integration von Projekten. Dies unter Einhaltung von Verfügbarkeit und unserer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Deine Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner für die Europäische IT-Organisation bei infrastrukturellen Angelegenheiten
• Durchführen lokaler Tätigkeiten für die Europäische IT-Organisation
  (Datensicherung, User-Support, Netzwerkarbeiten etc.)
• Betreuung der lokalen Microsoft-Windows-Domäne (Active Directory, DNS etc.) sowie lokalen Remotedesktop-Farm mit diversen Anwendungen.
• Durchführen von Projekten zur Verbesserung und Erhaltung der Cyber Sicherheit gemäß NIS2
• Administration von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (VMWARE) sowie Windows- und Linux-basierten Betriebssystemen
• Administration verschiedener Datenbanken (MS-SQL-Server)
• Konfiguration und Einrichtung von Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Siemens SCALANCE, HP Aruba)
• Erstellen und Warten von Scripts (VB, PS, SQL etc.) und kleineren Programmen.
• Installation und Betreuung von Server-, Storage-, Backupsystemen sowie Workstations.
• User-Support, welcher von der Europäische IT-Organisation nicht geleistet werden kann.
• Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst während der Produktionszeiten
• Aktives Vorantreiben des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
• Dokumentation von Vorgehensweisen sowie des Zustands der aktuellen IT-/AT-Landschaft
• Mitarbeit in Projekten

Was du mitbringst

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Teamfähigkeit, Kundenfreundlichkeit und Flexibilität
• Erste Erfahrung mit den oben aufgeführten Systemen bzw. Technologien
  inkl. Gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
• Grund Kenntnisse im Automatisierungsbereich sind von Vorteil
• Verantwortungsbewusste, Strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
• Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Lösungsorientiertes Handeln
• Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Initiative
