ResponsibilitiesDeine Aufgaben
- Übertragung und Erfassung von Abrechnungsdaten medizinischer Krankenhausleistungen im Rahmen von Regressansprüchen
- DRG-Kodierung auf Basis eines vorhandenen DRG-Grouper-Ergebnisses oder anhand medizinischer Unterlagen (z. B. OP-Berichte, Entlassungsberichte, Arztbriefe)
- Dateneingabe und -pflege in einer spezialisierten DRG-Software
- Prüfung, Kontrolle und Korrektur automatisiert erstellter Datensätze
- Sorgfältige und strukturierte Pflege der Datenbestände
- Unterstützung bei der medizinischen Rechnungsprüfung
- Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Teams
Qualifications
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im medizinischen, kaufmännischen oder gesundheitsnahen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datenerfassung und Datenverarbeitung
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Empathie
