Der Bereich Equipment Engineering beschäftigt sich mit Planung, Durchführung, Wartung und Reparatur von Fertigungsanlagen sowie deren Qualifizierung. Dazu gehört auch das Erstellen von Anlagen-Spezifikationen, Check Sheets und Prozeduren mit dem Ziel der Verbesserung von Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit der Fertigungsanlagen.
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen:
- Durchführung aller regelmäßig wiederkehrenden geplanten Wartungsarbeiten von Fertigungsanlagen sowie deren Qualifizierung gemäß Spezifikation / Checksheet
- Detaillierte Dokumentation der Wartungsarbeiten in den Systemen ( Fab View, PM System )
- Durchführung der nötigen Tests und Qualifizierungen nach Wartung / PM oder Reparatur
- Dokumentation von Maschinen-Parametern und Erkennen von Abweichungen
- Behebung von einfachen, wiederkehrenden Fehlern
- Unterstützung der Equipment Techniker bei Reparaturen und weitergehenden Wartungsarbeiten
- Die Tätigkeit umfasst u. A. das Bewegen und Heben von Lasten > 20kg
Im Schichtbetrieb (38.5h) erhältst du attraktive Zulagen für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit.
QualificationsMindestanforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Facharbeiter (Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Mechaniker)
- Sehr gutes handwerkliches und technisches Geschick
- gute körperliche Verfassung und Belastbarkeit
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift - Sprachlevel C1
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift - Sprachlevel B1
